This giant, Special-Price vintage paper Toy Theatre collection  is only available from Collectaprint in this restored and enhanced-for-digital-printing version.

While much of the original material is in the public domain many of the images are from private collections. The scan images have also been restored and especially enhanced for digital print making while still retaining their vintage look and feel. Accordingly this collection is unique in many ways and may not be cloned, re-sold or otherwise distributed.

A Wide Range of Periods

The sheet images are mostly supplied at a nominal 10-8in size for standard A4 printers but there is also a big selection of larger sizes or high res versions included for the use of those owning larger format printers. The latter can also be reduced to A4 as well with the use of any standard graphics or photo editing utility as desired. Choose your own size and adjust each sheet as necessary.

The collection is for computer use across a wide range of arts and graphics or paper craft projects, or simply for play-time pleasure. Examples from all early periods are included from Victorian onwards.  Simply print and cut out as-is if card stock is used for printing or paste first onto card after. Either way photo quality paper is preferable (instructions included on disc).

Although the original material is in the Public Domain due to age, much material is exclusive to us and all are uniquely-restored versions - this image collection has been compiled over much time and is available only from Collectaprint in this form. It must not be copied/re-sold or otherwise distributed. For personal use.

 
*Note: While most if not all of the files have English names many of the sheets themselves may have instructions or titles in a foreign languages such as French. This form of entertainment was particularly prevalent on the
Continent during its heyday and many of the sheets are of the very collectible (plus rare and much sought after) 'imagerie d'epinal' type. Nevertheless the majority are perfectly easy to follow and construct using a common sense approach. More information available on the Collectaprint web site.
 
Note 2: These should be considered a large number of odd sheets as due to extreme rarity it has not been possible to form complete sets in various cases and therefore no attempt has been made to categorise or organise the collection as a whole. Nevertheless collectors will be sure to find a huge amount of useful material included here.
 

MATERIALS REQUIRED

Scissors, Glue, Tape Measure, Photo Quality Printer Paper such as linen effect or fine weave canvas effect stock from a supplier such as Black Diamond. Also useful is a graphics or photo editing software utility for adjusting print sizes for accurate fitting. Plus, naturally a computer and printer, the latter preferably photo quality capable (most are anyway now).
