This was the best Boba Fett figure before the Hot Toys versions came out.  This one was made by Medicom / Sideshow.  I am not sure how complete it is.  If I had to guess, I would guess it's complete minus the figure stand.  Take a look at all pictures.  What you see is what you get.  Great figure, in excellent shape.  Very clean.  Box is decent, with light wear.
