Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, and would like to return your item, the following terms must be considered if you would like to proceed:

1. Please message us first, to discuss your concerns about your purchase, so that we may help you resolve the matter.

2. Item must be still have the sealed bags unopened in order for (full/partial return to be given). If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges, and must be returned in the same way it was shipped to the buyer. A refund will only be issued after we have received the item, inspected it and is in the same condition as it was sold.

3. If the item has been returned to us and the sealed bags are opened, and/or pieces are missing, parts are damaged, or has not been handled with care, then a refund will not be issued.
