MACA, (Manna Acres Church Administration), was designed for new/small churches and to be modular for flexibility. It consists of five different programs. They are:

AtendR  - Track attendance, sickness, outreach, giving and end of year tax statements. Customizable with your church’s logo. Outreach letters can be sent to visitors at the touch of a button.

FoodPantry – Track quantity of food given, number of people fed, number of salvations, distribution records for Second Harvest requirements. Prints labels for food boxes wirelessly or wired. Many reports.

Helps – Automate Monthly Scheduling of Ushers, front and back door greeters. Maintain/edit lists of volunteers.  Print / mail Monthly Calendar assignments.

Visit – Track visits to members and visitors. Print visitation reports.

YouthLeader  Organize and track youth events, youth and their progress. Schedule trips and chaperons. Set event fees, track who has paid and predict van usage.

 

These programs together make church administration much easier if you are just getting started. All programs come with their own User Manual accessible from any screen on demand and printable if desired. All basic church functions except for funerals, weddings and Wednesday night meals is covered.
