3.Using mild shampoo, work up a soft lather.
4.Wash hair without pulling or rubbing.
5.Rinse hair thoroughly.
6.Apply conditioner to ends of hair, working upward.
7.Let conditioner penetrate for several minutes.
8.Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
9.Gently squeeze out water and towel-blot hair.
10.Let hair air-dry or use dryer on low heat.
