This is the part you cant get from the big green warehouse its a tin roof mount.

This is a Quality Australian made product not Chinese like the cheaper ones

Galvanized base plate and pole


It is fixed using existing teck Screws that are on roof now, but some roofs have a bigger spacing for the screws so you may need 1 more teck screw to fit in the PRE PUNCHED holes pre cut on the plate.

The pole is over a meter in length and 2.5cm od which can be cut to size, height isn't necessarily the answer to a good signal particularly UHF . UHF works with line of sight and in my experience has worked under the tree canopy rather than higher up .
