Hi, This is a Brand New Daikin EKBPHTH16A Bottom Plate Heater kit
This heater /foil mat sits around the base of the condenser fan motors and stops ice build up in very low ambient conditions
( Ensures that defrost water clears away fully from the outside coil )
These are an available option when buying Altherma equipment and well over £ 153 plus VAT
There is another small cable which is not pictured which comes with the kit too...
