Please note that for hygiene reasons makeup cannot be returned except sealed makeup that has not been opened should you have changed your mind for example or if you received the wrong item. The same applies to perfumes and cosmetic products  such as creams unless they are returned sealed. For items lost or damaged in the post I will forward the Proof of Postage and the buyer themselves will have to claim amount from Royal Mail.
