Organic & Live Water Kefir Grains have been grown using all organic, fair trade, unrefined, dried, natural sugar from sugar cane, minimally processed, with all the natural vitamins and minerals still intact. Water kefir grains love minerals and the higher the natural mineral count in the sugar the more profusely they will grow.

Water kefir is so simple to make for your family. It is full of natural probiotics,valuable enzymes, easily digestible sugars, beneficial acids, vitamins and minerals. We let our kefir ferment an additional 24 to 48 hours off the grains to increase the folic acid and B vitamin content before drinking (this will increase the acidity too).
