This adjustable surfer necklace features the Eye of Horus symbol in an amulet made of yak bone powder and finished with resin coating that measures approximately 1.25" long and about 1" tall. The amulet is very smooth and feels a bit like stone (and if you press it to your cheek, it is ever so slightly cool to the touch), but it is not heavy at all. It feels relatively light when worn. There is black necklace rope that is adjustable to whatever length you choose -- long or short. Two small dark brown wooden beads decorate the necklace above the white horse. 

Please note the size of the amulet. At 1.25" long and 1" tall, it is not a large/heavy amulet - about the size of a half-dollar coin. 

When you first receive the necklace, it may seem too short to pull over your head. Don't worry! You can extend it to a very long length, about 18" long, if you choose. If you want it to fall low on a sweater or shirt, it will adjust to that long length. If you want to wear it shorter, closer to your neck, you can do that, too. To adjust, pull on one of the strings or pull at the tied rope portion just above the beads and you will be able to slide it and adjust to the size of your choice. If you have never worn an adjustable necklace like this, it is easy to adjust - just slide the rope/string and check to see what is the right length for you.
