What you need is A. your radio flyer wagon and B. 4 pieces go kart wheels & tires "American bolt pattern"

Go Kart wheel, and radio flyer wagon show here are not included. This adapters & hubs works on Radio Flyer Wagon Model #18, #22, #32, #1800.  It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to install.
