Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
We offer FREE TRACKING on all orders.
We ship by weight and offer combined shipping for your orders of five items or more. We will then ship by the total weight of your order. You can use this by purchasing multiple items. We will ship your items together and give you a refund for any difference in the postage you paid versus the actual shipping cost*. Just remind us that you have ordered multiple items in your comments line.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
*We compute shipping cost by adding USPS postal rate + .35 for packing materials and .50 handling charge
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund as long as it is returned in the original packaging, unopened and tamper proof seals intact.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Products returned after 14 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All of our items are new and authentic. I don't import or sell fake products. All of the products you receive will be sealed with tamper proof seals.
Please respect me and all of my customers by never returning used or opened cosmetics. This includes swiping. Also please respect yourself by promptly opening and inspecting the items I ship you. Cosmetics are volatile. They don't like being left in hot cars or freezing weather.
And if there is something wrong with your product, contact me immediately! I'll do my best to set it right.
