Dispatch time  1-2 days, often the same working day.

Countries outside the EU have to contact us for shipping cost.

• Purchases made on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.
• We use Lithuanian LTpost,TNT,DHL,UPS,DPD services. The standard delivery time to UK and other EU countries is 5-8 business days. USA is 6-20 business days. Canada is 6-20 business days. Please contact us if you require more info.
• Once the items are dispatched you will receive the tracking number.
• Usually shipping takes this time, but sometimes package can stuck by some reasons, - customs or etc. Please be patient and you will receive you item.
• We ship to your PayPal address. Please contact us if you need goods to be shipped to different address.
• Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID.
