This is a metal rake, referred to as - Rake Blade - Filler - Wheel Rake ... the serrated metal teeth are much shorter and closer than the original rake filler.
The steel filler measure 2" x 4-/5" and can be mounted and attached on a wooden board with the 2 mounting holes and held in-place with screws and nuts.
This filler is IDEAL for smaller and thinner diameter Buff wheel, will also work for larger diameters as well.
IMPORTANT to note that the teeth will not remove to much buff material from your wheel.
NOTE: RAKE COMPARISON - See the 2nd and last picture - to show comparison of the short and the original rake filler.
The original filler teeth height is: 7/16" - 11mm THIS NEW Filler has teeth that are 3mm shorter measuring approximately 5/16" and closer together provides less removal of buff material especially on smaller diameters and thinner buff wheels.
CLEANING OLD COMPOUND AND FOR DRESSING BUFFING WHEELS - will give you the better results.
