Our baffle plate EPYTEC made of 1.5mm thick steeli s laser precision cut and fits perfectly into all 1.6L-2.0L G60 16V and 16Turbo oil pans.
The plates are absolutely necessary if you like fast driving in the curves without your engine being damaged. By welding these plates into your pan / sump, you will prevent the oil from foaming / swelling. And youcan prevent that air enters in the circuit.
Another advantage is the additional stability of the oil pan. This can give just the necessary safety when the oil pan is sometimes unstable.

Verbessern würde ich den Zuschnitt an der Oberseite der Teile damit der Ölhobel vom TDI mitverwendet werden kann , um ein Öl kontakt mit der Kurbelwelle zu vermeiden .
- von Georg am 09.10.2019Die Schwallbleche sind gut schweißbar und von der Qualität her in Ordnung. Das erste Blech unter der Ölpumpe musste etwas nachgearbeitet werden, da das Druckregelventil der Pumpe das Blech an einer Stelle berührt hat. Die anderen Bleche haben super gepasst!
