Shipping

Once you complete your purchase your item will ship the next business day. Weekends, holidays, and weather days excluded. If you need same day shipping please contact us first before purchasing.

-Shipping is by your choice of FedEx or UPS Ground Insured Signature Required only to the 48 Contiguous United States and a tracking number will be provided. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military (APO,FPO,DPO)  please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. 

-Faster shipping methods are available for an additional cost, just choose the preferred method at checkout. 

-We ship internationally using the Ebay Global Shipping Program. This means that we will ship your item to the Ebay Global Shipping Hub in Kentucky, USA. Once your item arrives at the Ebay hub then Ebay will then ship your item directly to you and send you a second tracking number.

-Please view the FedEx & UPS Ground shipping maps below for transit times to your location in the USA. Transit times are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends, holidays, or weather delays.

Return Policy

Customers must comply with the following return instructions: 

- The Mac Warehouse accepts returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

- Return requests must be made within seven days of receiving your item. The item must be returned the same way that it is received in the original Apple box with all accessories, packing materials, and double boxed. 

- Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. 

- All original items, accessories, manuals etc. that were included upon initial delivery must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  

- You must disable file vault, disk encryption, find my device, and/or Admin Passwords before returning.  

- Return policy is limited to hardware defects and does not include software issues.   

 Our return policy is void under the following circumstances: 

- If the returned item has any signs of physical damage, mishandling, or liquid/spill damage. 

- If the item is shipped to a secondary location using a forwarding shipping company. 

- If the returned item is not in exactly the same condition as was initially delivered to the customer.

- If the returned item has been serviced by a 3rd party, the device has been opened, or the internal components/hardware show signs of tampering. 

- Deductions to refunded amount may be incurred for dents, scratches, chips, bent corners etc.
