Vintage Jensen Mfg Co. Steam Engine Motor Style No. 35 450 Watts 115 Volts AC/DC.  For the record, I know nothing about these engines!  The wheel spins freely, and the piston moves in and out....It appears complete, except for a missing smokestack?
