Our natural solid oak wooden Keepsake Box is very unique in having a metal pewter 'Special Pet' feature on the oak box lid, together with your own personalization engraved to make this the perfect Remembrance Gift for a special deceased pet. You can have any personal message engraved up to around 80 letters which fits nicely in the available space.  Our oak keepsake box is a larger box than most others, measuring approximately 7.5inches in length x 5.5inches wide x 5.5inches high (19cm x 14cm x 14cm) and is, therefore, the perfect gift for holding small treasured keepsake items such as a collar and name tag. Our keepsake box also has 4 openings on the outside for special photographs to be displayed. Again, most other boxes only have space for very small format photographs, whereas ours is able to display two 6inch x 4inch photographs and two 4inch x 4inch photographs, making it a much more practical and usable gift. As well as keeping special memories safely stored, our oak keepsake box looks very smart on a dressing table, fireplace or windowsill and would be the perfect gift to remember a special pet.

All of the engraving is included in the price where other engravers might charge extra and there are no hidden charges with STANDARD UK DELIVERY included in the price also.

How to Personalise

Use the Personalisation Box at the top of this page or you can e-mail us through your eBay Account to provide us with:

1. Any Personal Message of up to around 80 letters in length to be engraved on the lid of the Keepsake Box.

Your order cannot be processed until you provide us with your personalisation details.

When will my order be dispatched?

We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared and usually the following day after an order has been placed. This isn't always possible due to high demand particularly as the vast majority of our items are individually personalised to each customer's requirements. Where the required personalisation information isn't provided by a customer, this will also impact on our ability to dispatch an item promptly.

What delivery method do you use?

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery. The delivery cost is included in the price you pay for your item.

What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?

It is likely that your postman has attempted to deliver whilst no one was in and didn't leave a card advising that the delivery had been attempted. Please always go to your Local Royal Mail Sorting Office and advise them of your name and address and they will check if your parcel is awaiting collection - take a form of Identification with you. We find that in almost every instance this will be the case. If your item is not there, please contact us and we will look into it further.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us through your eBay account and if possible provide a photograph and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.

What if I want to return my item?

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we are unable to use it for any other customer and unless there is a reasonable query in relation to it, we are not able to accept a return.

What Personalisation Information do I need to provide?

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we will need your personalisation information before we are able to process your order. The personalisation information you need to provide us with is clearly highlighted in the 'Product Description' Section. Please try to follow the requirements closely as if you do not provide this or if your personalisation information is not in the right format or is too long for example, your order will not be processed promptly.
