Returns.

In the rare occasion that you find your purchase is not up to the standard we should provide, We are only too pleased to accept returns within 14 days.

Please contact us before initiating a return. Most problems are surmountable.

Gem stone colour can look different on computer screens depending on individual computer settings. 

Please do not use the “not as described” option, we are happy to take it back even if you just don’t like it in the flesh.

My feedback and DSR’s are important to my business. We always use trackable/signed for post. These services are provided by a third party and can be delayed by strikes, holidays, customs, weather etc. If something is delayed or damaged in the post, talk to us we can help.

Terms of sales;

Items are second hand, so they may be slightly worn, but still in good condition.

We accept payment by PayPal. We can do combined postage on items, by sending you an invoice.

We will post the item to the address registered to your eBay.

UK posting has two choices; Special delivery- £4.50 and 1st class signed for- £2.50.

We do post worldwide for £9.00 international tracked.
