Thanks for checking out our listing.These dioramas/building are all handmade by De-sales in New Mexico USA.There are many different quality levels with models like this this some builders use the cheapest materials they can get and slap together a model and then there are those who put endless hours into building a diorama we try to be somewhere in the middle somewhere we use higher end foam board and a variety of wood and plastic products so we can give you good quality but still offer a reasonable price.Keep that in mind when buying a diorama it's true that "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".My items are made in a fully functioning woodworking shop along with cabinets and furniture and I have been doing this for many years.Some parts are cut with accurate machines and some are done by hand along with the painting if you buy a finished diorama as most of mine are also available unfinished as well.

UNFINISHED-CUSTOM BUILT STURDY THREE CAR GARAGE -1:18 Scale Diorama-Comes cut and machined the same as my finished garages the roof and floor are the same grey foam board but you can finish the edges that I usually paint grey as well as the wood posts and any stripes etc you may want to put on the front.This garage is also available finished in a different listing.The garage will be approximately 27" Wx15"Dx8"H-The garage is made of textured foam board walls with special self supporting corners and door trim moldings. Most models like this require pins,or glue to hold them together and tend to be rather flimsy.This one once assembled will stay together without any glue or special pins the sturdy corners and molding will hold it together. You can glue it together if you wish but it is not required(see photo).The inside of the walls are plain white the outside has a light texture looks like rough plaster you see on some garages/buildings.The floor is gray foam board to look like concrete and removable.This one does come with a gray flat roof made like the floor and also removable.
