New sealed items are new and sealed bought at in-person retail stores as I do retail arbitrage, I am NOT a business and I am NOT an authorized dealer.

For SCAMMERS: PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE AS I DO NOT DO RETURNS AND WILL VIDEO TAPE, REPORT, AND PRESS CHARGES and I have easy access to your name and address…SO I AM NOT AN EASY TARGET AND WILL COST YOU TIME, MONEY, AND TROUBLE. I am a simple honest person trying to make some sales to feed my family, please seek out a business for those kinds of games. I am NOT HP or Sony. The SERIAL NUMBER is ON OUTSIDE OF BOX and I email you the serial number to document it in case of returns later. This serves as proof for those trying to return a different item. Please do not try to make my family suffer just so you can get something free, it is not FREE when you hurt others to get it.

 If there is something wrong with an item out of the box, you must email within 3-4 days of delivery and I will exchange it for you. On some items, there might be marks from where the store placed “spiders” security wires on the outer retail box, but all items sold as “new” are new and sealed retail items. I am not an authorized dealer which allows me to sell below MSRP. Feel free to send any questions my way as I am happy to help. 

When buying networking products, I ask that you please go online and confirm it is compatible with your system before opening these items. A simple phone call can save you lots of wasted time and energy as not all items are compatible. You can always call your customer service line of your provider as well to determine what works with your services.

I will offer different international shipping options, but you must email me and provide city/province, country and mailing code/zip code as I do not offer certain shipping options to all locations due to problems with some specific countries. I do not ship to Brazil, please do not ask unless you pay for Express mail with signature confirmation.

NOTE I VIDEO RECORD ITEM CONDITION OF EVERY ITEM AS IT IS PACKAGED AND LABELED TO THE BUYER AND IF ITEM IS RETURNED I VIDEO RECORD OPENING PACKAGE, ADDRESS/LABEL AND CONDITION…. why do I do this? BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE PROOF THAT PROTECTS ME FROM FALSE CLAIMS AND ALLOWS ME A WAY TO FIGHT BACK BY FILING CRIMINAL CHARGES SINCE I AM NOT A BUSINESS. It also allows me to help deter this criminal behavior that is DESTROYING AMERICAN JOBS, AMERICAN SMALL BUSINESSES, and hurting those just trying to add to their income by doing honest sales.

Because I am not a business and I pay high retail costs (I do RETAIL ARBITRAGE) and only sell a few items to help survive and feed my kids since working 2 “almost” full time jobs and 120,000 in student loans for a Master’s degree that gets me 15.00 bucks an hour, I video record all items as packaged, the condition and the seals and serial numbers. If an item is returned I again video record the return label and record as I open package and then the condition of the item. I do this for false claims as I use USPS and false claims is a violation of the law and USPS allows legal action since I am not a business using USPS for false claims is CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS and is a federal offense.

 I COOPERATE WITH THIS PROCESS TO DETER THIS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR THAT IS DESTROYING THE AMERICAN ECONOMY AND COSTING AMERICAN JOBS AND LITTLE BUSINESSES. This protects the online market place for all buyers and helps keep prices low for buyers as well.

I apologize for such strict policies but false claims get a seller suspended which causes serious harm to seller and those relying on that and it destroys the American Economy and causes lost jobs because it causes too much loss and a business that is small cannot have return losses like SONY or HP. So they shut down and jobs are lost.
