How to measure your dogs neck for the best fitment
To do this, use a tape to measure as you would for a collar to fit around your dogs neck.
It should have enough room so it’s not tight but not too loose that the head slips through. Leave enough space for two finger to fit inside.

Returns
30 days refund, buyer pays return postage Refund is for the sale price only (shipping and handling are non-refundable). Item must be in original and unused condition. Please contact us prior to returning the item. If we make a mistake (wrong item shipped, damaged item) we will pay shipping cost and will send a replacement free of charge. Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage; otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be deducted from the refund.
