7cm x 4cm and is cut from 210gsm high quality card stock. 

No string or twine is provided with this item. Note that this listing is for the same text on all the tags.

therefore we cannot be held responsible for incorrect text. 

Note no refunds are available on personalised items, unless the item is faulty. 

Express post is available on all personalised items or ensure to give enough time for your item to get to you by your event day, 

as we will not  refund, if the item does not arrive in time. 

Samples are available for purchase, prior to committing to an order, to ensure colour, font and size is want you want,

Returns

For items deemed faulty, incorrectly supplied, or different to the description, we will need to be made aware within 7 days of receiving the goods. 

Any claims made outside of this period are at our absolute discretion. 

We will not accept items if you change your mind, as per Fair Trading guidelines. 

All returns will need to be authorized, only goods authorized for return may be sent back to us. 

We need to receive your return within 7 days of issuing authorization. 

Goods must be returned in original brand new, un-used condition. 

It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods make it to us, any items lost in the post are not our responsibility.
