A) Any item received damaged/defective or not as described is eligible for eBay's Money Back Guarantee, including return shipping.  Risk free!

B) 'Buyer's Remorse' or 'Changed Mind' returns IN UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED condition, including the package, are eligible for 100% money back, but buyer pays return shipping.

C) USED items returns are eligible for a partial refund of 25-85% of the purchase price, depending on item condition, and buyer pays for return shipping.

For a full refund, items must be received in original condition. Items MUST be sent well packaged, with bubble wrap and other protective packaging material, and with a label providing a tracking number.

We use the eBay International Shipping Program for your convenience.  Please note that customs may open and inspect items to ensure customs compliance.  For all global returns, buyer must pay for return shipping.  Customs/import fees are non-refundable.

International shipments are subject to delay and we do not provide compensation for late packages.  However, if the package is lost or damaged, it is insured!  You must notify immediately upon receipt and document with photos.
