This auction is for a 64GB Kit (4x16GB) Ram Memory modules for your Apple Mac Pro Desktop Computer.

This auction is only suitable for the Apple Mac Pro 2013 - All CPU Speeds

All these machines will have a Model Identifier of 6.1, this can be confirmed under "About This Mac > More Info"

All our memory modules come with a comprehensive 12 Month Warranty.

MEMORY TYPE

The ram will work, however we must inform you that this machine takes two different memory types of Ram, ECC registered and ECC unbuffered

ECC unbuffered is shown on the modules as PC3-14900E (Apple usually ship with black ECC unbuffered) and ECC registered is shown on the modules as PC3-14900R, these modules are ECC Registered.

ECC Unbuffered and ECC Regsitered memory can not be mixed. These modules would not be suitable alongside the existing original (Black) Apple Mac Pro 2013 ram which is ECC unbuffered.

FUTURE PROOFING

Its important to think about the future when upgrading your machine, our recommendation would be to only upgrade using ECC Registered Memory.

ECC Registered Memory has a capacity of 16GB per module, currently ECC unbuffered is only available in 8GB per module
ECC Registered Memory is roughly 40-60% cheaper per GB then ECC unbuffered memory.

It is possible to add bigger modules to the system later, a lot of vendors are not interested in telling you this because they want you buy the memory in specific kits from them, however if in future you decided to add bigger memory modules into your mac it would be possible if those modules were of an identical ranking. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY ADDRESS

We only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is platform that allows you to pay online via a debit or Credit Card. We do not directly take payment via Credit/Debit Card, this will be facilitated via PayPal. In order to protect us from fraud we reserve the right to cancel and any orders that are not eligible for PayPal Seller protection and orders where where a delivery address does not match PayPal buyer address.

CANCELLING ORDERS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We can refund and cancel your order as long as the item has not been dispatched. If you do need to cancel your order for any reason please get in touch with eBay directly and let them know you would like to cancel. This will alert us to the situation much more quickly then sending us a message in eBay asking us to cancel your order.

If the item was ordered incorrectly or is not compatible with your system you will be responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned within 14 working days and the item must be in the original condition in which it they were received. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system and we will give you an RMA number which will expedite in processing your return. All returned items must have an RMA number.

If the item is faulty again it must be returned within 14 working days, the item must be in the original condition in which it they were received. If you are in the UK you have two ways in which you can return your item. You can either return it to us directly via some kind of recorded service such as Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery (for which we will reimburse you directly via PayPal) or if you have created a return case/item not as described case we can authorise eBay to provide you with a return label. Any return must be accompanied by an RMA Number, which you must get from us.

If the item is faulty and you are outside the UK we will match return postage costs to the amount we originally charged for postage. For example if an item is sent to Italy via Royal Mail international Tracked,the item cost was £20 and the postage was £6.99, total cost be £26.99. We would refund the full £26.99 when the item was returned, plus the initial postage charge cost of £6.99, this means you would receive a refund of £33.98 (£26.99+6.99). Any return must be accompanied by an RMA Number, which you must get from us.

Exchange - An Example. If you have an ordered multiple kits of memory and the majority of them are working and however one model is faulty and you simply want an exchange for the faulty part. Please get in touch with and we will provide you with a course of action which should allow you to return the faulty modules (if necessary) and get you a replacement dispatched.
