Aswagandha also more commonly known as Withania or “Indian Ginseng” has been traditionally used as a general tonic and anti-stress adaptogen for over 3000 years in Ayurvedic or Indian culture. Ashwagandha has also been shown to possess significant antioxidant activity as well as an ability to support a healthy immune system.
