For sale is this huge vintage Hand Painted Haviland Limoges France Serving Platter/plate signed by the artist that measures approx. a huge 17-1/2" in diameter and stands 1/2" high with a lipped rim. Done in a stunning hand painted fruit design against a mint green porcelain background with a moss green border with heavy gold gilding. Signed on the front on a leaf and also on the back. There are 3 different backstamps along with the artists signature. This amazing heavy and large piece is marked on the bottom "GDA/France" which stands for Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot also back stamped S&G Gump San Francisco and C H Field Havihand Limoges. This is an amazing vintage piece of early Limoges porcelain. 

Condition:

No chips or cracks in the porcelain but a few nicks on the painted design which blend in nicely so hard to see unless you are looking for them. Light scuffs and marks on the back and some light gold wear on the underside of the rim. Please look at all of the pictures as they are part of the description.

This piece weights over 4.5 pounds before packaging. Great care will be given in packaging this item for a safe (insured) delivery.
