RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be returned at buyers expense and be received in sellable condition. refund will be processed when item received



PROBLEMS?

For items not received by the expected delivery date, please advise me that the item has not been received. Items can occasionally take longer in the post so wait an additional 10 days beore filing for a 'lost' item.
Where possible, replacing the items will always be the first option, with a refund if they are no longer available.
