~ Payment ~

PayPal and credit cards used through PayPal are the preferred methods of payment. Payment must be received promptly.

~ Shipping ~

All items are packaged professionally with a 1 business day handling time. We ship using USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail.

~ Feedback ~

We leave feedback once it has been left for us, so we can know that you have received the item and are happy with the transaction. If you plan on leaving anything less than a 5 star positive feedback, please contact us and make us aware of what we need to improve on.

~ Returns ~

 We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Returns must be processed and received within 30 days from the date of item delivery.  Items must be new.  Items that have been used, worn, soiled, washed or altered will not be accepted. All original packaging must be intact and all tags must remain attached.  

Items that meet the above terms and conditions may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees.  The refund will only include the price paid plus any applicable sales tax.  Refunds will be issued to the PayPal account linked to the original purchase transaction.  Please allow 2-3 business days after return delivery for return processing and issuing refunds. 

The buyer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty, insurance, applicable taxes and fees.  C.O.D. shipments will be refused.  Please kindly package the item to prevent damage, loss or mis-delivery.  For your protection, we require all returns be shipped through a third-party carrier with a tracking number.
