This is for 1 Unit of the KHS-400B Optical Block for Playstation 2.  Individually packaged in a single box.  See photos for reference how it is packaged.  CD & DVD settings are there for a reason.  These are sensitive electronic components.  CD & DVD settings may require adjustments and that is the purpose they are there.  If there was no need for them, they would not be there.  In case you do not feel comfortable or have experience in fixing the PS2 consoles, consider paying a certified or someone who specializes ( with experience ) in fixing the PS2.  We do not provide technical support.

• In addition, you may have to adjust CD & DVD
• Please do your own research to see what is required to install a BRAND NEW lens

Original SONY OEM PS2 Laser Lens KHS-400B will fix most common problems with your Playstation 2 (fat model).  Please check the laser lens module you need before your purchase.  The number on your lens will state KHS-400B
