Returns

Refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days from the date the buyer receives the item. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) MUST BE UNUSED and in original condition and packaging when returned. However, if the item is defective or none working the seller will be responsible for return shipping in the manner it was shipped to the buyer.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted if the product is opened or used in any way! If you receive a damaged glass screen protector, you must provide a picture of the damaged product along with the unopened cleaning supplies, at which time you may request a replacement or a refund. We WILL NOT require you to send it back! Customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the purchase of incorrect model of glass! Please refer to chart in the 3rd picture for correct model numbers

Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped from Canada by way of Canada Post letter mail or Non-standard/Oversize on the same day or the next business day and will take approximately 2-11 business days. If for some reason you do not receive it after 11 business days, please send us an eBay message so we can remedy the situation right away. 

Buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs if the mailing address is incomplete or incorrect! Please ensure that the mailing address is correct before making your purchase!
