ROSENTHAL BAVARIA PEAFOWL PEACOCK BIRD PORCELAIN HAND PAINTED FIGURINE Tail

For sale is a rare miniature porcelain Peacock from the Rosenthal Branch Factory Bahnhof-Selb ( Designed by Kärner in 1924) bearing the green mark of a crown over two roses with Rosenthal Bavaria below and a bar underneath Bavaria signifying 1927; there is also the impressed number 182 in the base.  

This delightful little peacock perfectly embodies the phrase "proud as a peacock".

Measures Approximately: 8.7 cm (3 7/16 inches) high x 8 cm (3 1/8 inches) long x 3.2 cm (1 1/4 inches) wide.

Condition: chip on the bottom tip of the tail - otherwise good condition, NO cracks or repairs, some wear (check photos please).
