This is a set of (2) Allen/Amatech Tri-Clamp operating room table clamps.  These clamps have three independent adjustments for lithotomy, abduction and rail adjustment.  This is a slightly mismatched set.  If you look closely you can see that the knobs are slightly different, and the color of the two is slightly different.
