Description

This series of mouthpieces is inspired by the legendary Charlie Shavers JT model. The rim is very wide, slightly round and very comfortable. The cup is medium shallow (similar to Bach E). The original rim and cup specs have been preserved, and combined with the Legends enhanced throat (#27), throat cylinder length, and Legends S backbore. These design modifications maximize endurance, range and sound for the player. Slotting with each of the JT CS models is excellent. The Legends JT blank is a perfect mix of weight: just enough mass to enhance slotting with a big core, but not so much mass that the sound won't sizzle!

This mouthpiece is kept in stock in the JT blank which has a smooth old-school look inspired by classic JT mouthpieces. The JT blank is a perfect mix of weight: just enough mass to enhance slotting with a big core, but not so much mass that the sound won't sizzle!

Shipping Information

Legends Brass prides itself on quick shipping. In-stock orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Legends Brass ships worldwide via USPS Priority and USPS International Priority Mail. Shipping charges are determined by Ebay. Most orders will be shipped in a USPS small flat rate box. All tariff and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. Payment by Paypal is preferred for CONUS and is required for international shipping. Payment must be received immediately, and orders can only be shipped to confirmed Paypal addresses.


Return Policy

This item can be returned. The item must be in new condition (no exceptions). The buyer must pay return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping must be by USPS Priority or USPS International Priority Mail. You will receive a refund (price paid for the item minus restocking fee) within 48 hours of delivery of the returned item, if the item is confirmed to be in satisfactory condition. Insertion marks, scratches and dents that indicate that the item has been used may result in a reduced refund.
