PAYMENT

A GST Tax Receipt will be issued for every purchase and will be enclosed with your order.
All payments are usually required at the time of purchase via PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can still use your credit card during the checkout process after the auction.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped within 2 business days, usually sooner, of receiving your order excluding National and Victorian Public Holidays.

Please allow for standard Australia post delivery times, Express Post is available at an additional charge with delivery up to 3 business days depending on your area.
A more precise estimated delivery time is available on the Australia Post website - our shipping post code is 3371.

All items sent will have a tracking ID and we will notify you once shipped via eBay or Australia Post will notify you via their own automated system. Your eBay registered shipping details will be given to Australia Post for the purpose of tracking and notifying you of your items shipping progress right up to delivery.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDER
From time to time things do go missing in the post or are misdelivered and this is why we use tracking labels for all of our shipping. If an item is late or goes missing you can lodge your own enquiry with Australia post via the Australia post website. You may need shipping or packaging description for this, if so please contact us via the eBay messaging system. Please understand that we did not lose your item but will assist in helping you through the process. More often than not, the item mysteriously shows up after a claim has been lodged with Australia Post. Also understand that we can not ship a replacement until the missing item has been resolved and that this is totally out of our hands.
WARRANTY & RETURNS

All items are brand new and covered by manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. Any warranty claims are to be notified to us via the eBay messaging system, photos of your issue will help. Shipping charges for warranty approved returns will be covered by us as per the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Manners go a long way when communicating with us should you have any issues or require assistance.

Please note that we have a non-refundable policy unless required by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010, however if you require technical assistance, we are certainly here to help.
