This DVD is a collection of very RARE films on the
Famous RAF Supermarine Spitfire. The Spitfire arrived in history just in the
nick of time. Hitler was on a terror and he was convinced that England would
fall through Airpower. Ironically the little Spitfire went toe to
toe along with the famous Hurricane airplane and beat off the powerful German
Luftwaffe at the time. Without German Air supremacy, "Operation Sea
lion" was cancelled. I'm absolutely amazed at this
aircraft and there is truly amazing footage of the different
Supermarine spitfire's in almost in all of there versions. We hope you'll
enjoy.

Plus the Sea Marine Spitfire Mark 15. If you ever wanted to know
the reason for the "Clipped Wing Mark VI" or the amazing "Mark
XVI" and more, then you'll enjoy this film. Runtime 15:04 Min's

but important film footage. I'm grateful to have acquired these films.

3rd Film; "Battle
of Britain". What
a Story!!! Winston
Churchill once said, "Never has so many owed so much
to so few". The Battle of Britain was the first major campaign to be
fought entirely by air forces and the outcome would determine whether there
would be a German invasion called, "Operation Sea Lion".
Runtime 52.45 Min's
4th Film; "Spitfire
Newsreels". This is a collection of short newsreels on
Spitfires. 1st; British Carriers at Sumatra. 2nd; Spitfires for the Reds.
3rd; Invasion of Sicily. 4th; Spitfires Staff. Runtime 13:55 Min's
5th Film; "A
Message from Malta". This is a story
most folks don't know about. The battle for Malta. The British held out for
over a year with the folks of Malta in great defiance to German Luftwaffe and
Hitler. With only a few RAF planes to fight back and very limited supplies, the
Island held. Hitler was furious and bombed the island almost daily, but the
Brits and the islanders held on. Amazing story. Runtime 11:02 Min's
