Product details:
Material: Sailcloth, cloth – Batiste – 100% cotton, grammage is 125 g/m2. Cloth was pre washed to prevent cloth shrinking.
Description of sails: Set contains 5 yards sails, 3 jib sails, 3 Spanker and galf sails. The sails are sewn, as determined US regulations that were based on English regulations. Templates of sails was used from the book Andrew Bowcock - CSS Alabama

Details that are used on offered sewed sails:
-    Upper bend on sails is in a standard way larger than the side and bottom bend. Course sails and topsails have lateral reinforced bends on fore and main mast.
-    There is strengthening at the site of reef ropes fastening so called "Reef band". Number of reef strips depends on the number of reefs on sail.
-    Staysails and Gibb sails are reinforced at the corners always from the right side when looking at the ship from stern as determined by regulations. Simultaneously staysails with vertical front edge are strengthened along the entire vertical edge.

For riggings I aslo recommend to buy professional Amati ropes as on the Bolt ropes of sails.
