Vintage Rene Lalique Requete perfume bottle, made for Worth, page 948 in the Marcilhac catalog. The bottle was made in three sizes, and this is the smallest. The stopper is not original but fits well. There is a tiny nick on the edge of the blue enamel toward the bottom. Signed Lalique France.
