All my used items of clothing will be washed/freshened and Ironed prior to postage and come from a very clean home I will only sell things in a condition I myself would be happy to recieve them in, if any of my items have any marks or defaults it will clearly state this in the listing so please be sure to fully read the item description before bidding, but also please do not hesitate to contact me if any issues arise and allow me the oppertunity to rectify any matter before leaving my feedback I am only human and we all make mistakes and dont always spot small defects although this is a very rare occurence but poor or unfair feedback can severely affect a buyer or sellers rating and can usually be avoided.

All postage cost's and services will be clearly stated on the item listing, used clothes and item's are sent second class via Royal Mail, and new clothes and item's will be sent Second Class reorded/signed for, some items may offer First Class postage, on some occasions I am happy to send items First Class recorded/signed for, we all have times where we desperately need that new outfit fast, but the cost will of course be payable buy the purchaser so please message me BEFORE making payment so I can adjust the invoice accordingly, all items once paid for will be posted within one working day, please remember this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays, please also note I can no longer accept responsibiliy for Royal Mails occasional poor service ie late or missing items, but please be assured I always acquire proof of postage and I am happy to supply a copy of this and to help where best I can to rectify the matter, again please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback, and please also insure your address is a confirmed paypal address I will not send to a random address so please note this before bidding.
