Tormek T-8 Chef'sPackage

This package includes the Tormek T-8 Sharpening Machine, Tormek's two knife jigs, the Small Knife Holder, the scissors jig, and the machine cover to keep your machine and stone free of dust. Sharpen all of your knives and scissors as well as wood chisels and plane irons with this package.

You get a jig to hold regular knives - KJ-45, and one for thin, flexible knives - SVM-140.

The new Small Knife Holder works in conjunction with the KJ-45 and enables you to sharpen even the smallest knives you own.

WARNING: This machine operates at 115 Volts. Please be aware that if you plan to use this product at 220 – 240V, you will burn out the motor and damage the machine.
