- Professional M6 - M10 thread repair kit
- Drills and taps are made of HSS 4341 high-speed steel
- Single-step taps cut a thread into which a spiral stainless steel insert is inserted
- To insert the insert, use the guide knob and striker, which breaks the protruding end of the insert

Set for 3 types of threads:


M6 x 1.0 x 10.8 mm,
M8 x 1.25 x 10.8 mm,
M10 x 1.5 x 13.5 mm.


- Determine the size of the damaged thread, and then select the repair kit in the same size.
- Drill the damaged thread with a drill bit from the set.
- Then thread it with the tap provided with the kit. Insert the tap
in the knob designed for taps. The knob is not included in the kit.
- Insert the cartridge on the spiral insert knob so that the transverse part of the cartridge is in the position
slit of the knob. Then secure the insert with a ring so that it does not stretch
when screwing. Secure the ring with a screw.
- Screw the cartridge into the previously threaded hole. Pull out the dial. Using a pin
break off the transverse part of the cartridge.
- Screw the screw into the repaired thread.
