We are always willing to work with customers who need faster shipping options if customers are willing to HELP cover the cost for faster service. Basically, we figure the difference between the free shipping cost we will pay and the faster shipping option you would like and ask that you pay the difference between them, which might only be $5 - $10 it just depends, contact us and we can let you know ASAP.

We CANNOT accept returns on the following items: Nutrients or Additives, used trimmers, scissors, Bubble Bags, & odor bags, as we cannot assure product quality for the next buyer. However, if your item is brand new, unopened / unused, we will accept the item back for a refund of what you paid for the items.
Returns are offered within 30 days and you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee.

We do NOT accept returns of used items, however if the item is not used, brand new in the original packaging we will be happy to process your return. It is the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping the order back to us. If it comes back USED / SMELLS, we will discard the item and no refund or replacement will be given. IMPORTANT to understand this policy as we cannot sell used products to the next customer nor can we have used products of that nature in our shop etc.
