  1. When ordering a custom-made trailer, including a trailer that has upgrades, you must make a non-refundable deposit to proceed with building your trailer.

Warranty

What's Included

All of our trailers include a 1-year warranty. Our warranty covers you for manufacturer defects, including assembly, sealing and rolling chassis. The following apply:
  1. Warranty claims must be brought back to our base, by the buyer, for repairs.
  2. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange transportation to our factory.
  3. We will not be held liable or responsible for any damages arising where transportation is concerned, including the costs of transportation.

What's  Not Included

The Warranty does not apply to:
  1. Misuse
  2. Abuse
  3. Accidental damage or collision
  4. Modifications
  5. Cosmetic damage due to wear and tear, such as scratches, cracks or general wear and tear from road use

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Freight

  1. Pick up is available from 8 AM to 5 PM Mon - Fri (Weekdays). For weekends and after hours pick-up must be arranged in advance
