These units are extremely versatile accepting either 3 pin or 5 pin DMX and can be operated on a standard 120v outlet or setup up for 220/230v operation. All of these units have been tested and they work great, they are pre-owned so they may show normal signs of use but nothing excessive. The only issue to note is that some of the units have the gobo access door taped down, after a bit of use the tab holding the magnet breaks loose not holding the door shut, this is very common on this model and really no big deal. We require full payment within 48 hours of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within the alloted time frame an unpaid item case will be opened automatically.

We do not accept returns on any installed electrical item or internal components, including but not limited to computer cards, projector lamps, batteries, or any item where our security seal has been removed or tampered with nor will we accept a return on any item with a consumable, such as a lamp, once used.
We will not accept any return on an item listed for "parts or repair." All items must be returned in the original packaging, if the item was sold as new it must be returned as such, unopened with packaging and seals intact.
You are also responsible to make sure the item is shipped back to us in a safe and secure manner, if it is damaged when we receive it the package will be refused. If tampering is detected or our security seals are altered in any way, no refund will be issued regardless of reason for return.
