DELIVERY
All Items are sent via Royal Mail or other various courier services, depending on size of the item. Most orders do come with tracking numbers otherwise they can be chosen at checkout as we have many postage services available. All orders will be accompanied with an invoice. If a VAT invoice is required then please let us know and we can send one out with the order.
Postage costs are for mainland UK only (England, Wales and South Scotland). Additional charges will be incurred for postcodes outside of mainland UK, which include BT, PA, KW, IV, HS, AB, IM, ZE, GY, JE, DD, PH, KA, PO, etc...
We take great care when packing and posting our items, but sometimes couriers may damage the item, so please please inspect item before signing for on delivery. If item looks damaged sign for it as damaged, or refuse to sign for it, and we must be notified within 24 hours. We will happily replace the item for you where possible, and if not, will issue a full refund.
