The item must be returned unworn, in original condition, with the diamond certification and complementary gift box included. To return an item, contact us through eBay messaging, and we will provide the return shipping instructions and address.

Note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly advise using Registered Insured Shipping for your protection. Please understand that we cannot refund customs and duties expenses. A $75 charge will apply to items returned without the diamond certification, to cover the cost to recertify.
