We ship all packages within one business day of receiving an order via USPS with tracking.  Once a package is accepted by the USPS we have no control over what happens with it. Of course if a package is lost or not delivered within a reasonable time we will make it right. The Guaranteed Delivery is made by Ebay not us the seller and has some good benefits for the customer such as refund of shipping cost or a $5.00 eBay voucher.
