What makes this CD so special and unique?

Well ... several things actually. This CD is very loving and beautiful. It runs for 72 minutes and is a full NLP Hypnotherapy session in two parts. The start of the session is a hypnosis deep relaxation session setting the stage for sleep. Continuing on to an NLP Hypnotherapy component which is predominantly focused on Self-Love. During this section we go on a gentle journey and establish connections with self-love, self-worth, and self-esteem. Even though the experience is warm and nurturing, it is also extremely powerful and life changing. These components equal 35 minutes of the recording. These then blend seamlessly into the sleep stage where 121 Self-Esteem and Confidence Building subliminal messages (echoed to 242) which are very faintly heard by the conscious mind, but only for assurance that they exist. You are really not expected to listen to them. Your subconscious mind will do that for you. This is entire recording is backed by a sublime continuous soothing musical track. When the NLP Hypnotherapy Session blends into the subliminal affirmation portion of the recording to continue playing while you are asleep, the soundtrack is then joined by the SOFT gentle rhythmic sounds of a summer beach at dusk. Throughout SOFT brainwave entrainment tones help lull the mind to sleep. These are kept very soft so they don’t prove annoying - which they can be to some - resulting in their inability to fall blissfully asleep. It is truly a heavenly recording. One aspect that makes this recording so wonderful, is that even though it is in my ADULT range, it is also highly recommended for TEENAGERS. It is as much soft and nurturing as it is strong and empowering. Both adults and teenagers alike benefit greatly from this recording. A lot of issues teenagers are going through these days are really not that dissimilar from we adults. When it gets down to tin tacks, we all need strong self-love and a healthy self-confidence to be able to function happily within our lives. So teenagers and adults take lots of different things from the recording, but lots of the same things too. This recording is as warm and loving as it is empowering and strong.  I would ask parents to listen to the CD firs though. There is nothing in it which will harm your child in any way, but it is always wise to know exactly what they are listening to.

If we had met in my practice I would have been able to get to know you personally and adapt your Hypnotherapy sessions around your preferences. For example, a client who is suffering badly with the floods would not relax during a Hypnotherapy session if there was a background of pouring rain. Also, I have had clients who have had bad experiences at sea and don't find the sounds of waves very relaxing at all! I also have clients who become extremely tense and agitated if they feel they would have to listen to an hour of brainwave entrainment tones. While I have many others who fall asleep as soon as they hear the first tone.

Needless-to-say, it would be rather counter productive if the sound of my voice was removed, and the musical score I have selected is pure bliss! You will be asleep in no time at all.

Sleep. That is the final component in the title. EVERY client of mine who has come to me suffering from insomnia, falls asleep before the end of this recording. If not the first time, then definitely the second time.

This brings me to my usual ending. To achieve the most from this CD you must listen to it OFTEN. This won't be a chore, as I am sure you will enjoy the experience as much as everyone else.

How to play mp3's from folders on a CD via your DVD player

As your Pack may contain a FREE mp3 Hypnosis recording (which can be played on any mp3 player – including computers, mobile phones, iPods, etc) below are some instructions on how to play mp3's on the majority of DVD Players.

1. Turn on your TV plus your DVD player and put in your CD.

2. Using your TV remote control, change the channel over to AV like you would to play a normal DVD.

3. You will now see a list of folders on the screen which contain your mp3 recordings.

4. Use the up and down arrows on your DVD remote control to highlight the folder you want to open, and press OK.

5. Again, use the up and down arrows on your DVD remote control to highlight the mp3 you would like to play.

6. Press OK on your DVD remote control and the mp3 will start playing through your television speakers.

We can't guarantee that ALL DVD players will play mp3's (though we haven't found one yet which doesn't) at least you will discover how you can play mp3's via your DVD player without having to upgrade any of your existing audio equipment and be able to enjoy any of our FREE mp3 gifts.
