These are aluminum sleeves designed to reshape the SkiDoo Rev coolant tank and oil tank openings and make them round again so that the coolant or oil cap can seal properly. These sleeves will fit 2003 to 2006 SkiDoo Rev models.
To install it, it's usually easiest to heat up the neck with a blow dryer or heat gun. Wear a glove and try and squish the opening to be round, then line up the hole in the sleeve with the overflow hole and put the sleeve in as far as it'll go. Grab a socket that fits nice and tap it all the way in with a hammer.
For the oil tank, heat it up the same as the coolant tank, push the sleeve in and set it even or just below the top of the threads on the filler neck. The oil cap can be used to seat the sleeve after heating the filler neck. No o-ring required, the cap will seal against the plastic filler neck, the sleeve just keeps the opening round.

Shipping Time Estimates: Everything I sell is sent the same or next business day from Canada, usually as long as items are paid for by around 4PM (GMT-5) they will be dropped off at the post office that same day. Worst case is the next business day, Monday to Friday as Canada Post is closed on Saturday and Sunday. You will be sent a picture and tracking info when your label is printed. The time estimates from eBay aren't accurate, shipping transit times to the US typically take 7 to 11 business days, and 2 to 7 business days within Canada, remote locations may be longer. Postal delays are beyond my control but do occasionally happen during these times. For within Canada, packages are sent by either Regular Lettermail, Expedited Parcel or in a Flat Rate Box. For US packages, Tracked Packet - USA is used, if over 2kg Expedited Parcel - USA is used.
