10k (marked 10k) yellow gold ring with large trillion cut london blue topaz. Ring is in excellent condition. Size 6. Weight- 5 grams. I'm not a gemologist but it's at least 3ctw. Stone is approx 1/2 inch wide. It will come in a lovely box.
